At Charlotte's Web, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unworn items with original tags.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
